Description
This impressionistic painting of Alaska's Aurora Borealis is bright and colorful. Alaska has had some beautiful northern lights displays in the last few years, and capturing it is always a challenge. A partial moon showed up as the alcohol inks were drying, and I was told this phenomenon is normal during the electrical storms of the north.
